Let me start off by saying I generally do not write reviews. It takes a lot for me to do one. So I rented a boom from them. First time ever renting one. Had a weekend project that I needed it for. They were so helpful walked me through the process as I had a lot of questions. The delivery person as well was great explained every thing to me and walked me through everything. That said of course I had an issue not their fault but mine. They stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the issue and even offered to come to me to help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of a rental, Top Notch.
